A few weeks ago, Liubov contacted me via Instagram asking if I'd be available for a portrait/lifestyle shoot here in town. Being a stewardess for Qatar airways, she's been all over the world, yet hadn't been to Montreal. I was available, and luckily, we finally had some good weather the day before she had to leave, so we set it up. After picking her up at her hotel near the airport, we hit up Parc de la Cite Du Havre, Old Montreal and Mount-Royal. All perfect touristy spots, and it wasn't until halfway through the shoot that I realized, I'm not only a photographer but also a pretty damn good tourist guide in the city that I know like the back of my hand. This shoot was also my first go at using my new camera, which I love. All in all, a very good morning (we started at 6 am), so enjoy a sample of the kind of portraiture and lifestyle work I can create. Safe travels, girl!
