This year, I decided to brush up on my street shooting skills and thought the parade would be a great place to do it. I called up my friend Julian, (Photos-Fera) who's always down to shoot and we headed down. Somehow, most probably due to his massive 300 mm lens (I used a $100, 50mm for all my shots) and some sweet talking, we found ourselves walking the parade with our cameras. We managed to walk the length of the parade, hung out at the end for a while, had a bite to eat and headed back the same way we came. The weather was great and the whole mood made for some awesome photos. Please, feel free to tag anyone who may be in any of these shots, or anyone you think would like to see them.
